Getting around Waco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I live in small town USA. My deliveries were always delivered pretty much on time. Now the last month or so almost all my deliveries are either running late and never delivered or they say lost. I have even received messages saying the delivery is however many stops away and they delivery is never made even when it says that I am the next stop..... this is getting beyond frustrating!

This is the third time the delivery driver threw the package out in the driveway instead of walking a few steps and placing it on the porch. One of the times I backed out over the package & flattened it. Can’t find a phone number to report what I believe is the same driver. There are plenty of people willing to work and provide good service. Yes I left the porch light on and have a message asking deliveries to be placed on porch since I am elderly and mobility issues.

am extremely disappointed with the ongoing delivery issues at this facility. I operate a business and place more than $2,000 in orders monthly through amazon.com, but the repeated delivery failures are negatively impacting our operations and causing financial loss. For this current shipment, the package has been out for delivery for the past three days without being successfully delivered. Drivers repeatedly attempt delivery outside of our business operating hours, despite clear delivery instructions stating that the package may be safely left at the neighboring facility door at any time. Unfortunately, these ongoing problems have significantly affected our business reliability and customer service. If this issue continues unresolved, we will have no choice but to move our purchasing operations to other platforms such as ebay.com or walmart.com. We respectfully request immediate attention to this matter and a permanent solution to these delivery issues.

Expect a more thorough review with more details later. For now, suffice it to say the Flex support system here and globally is seriously lacking. Today, at yesterday’s Flex global support’s behest, I requested a safety vest and was denied one because apparently they are out. Unacceptable. I was attacked by a dog yesterday while delivering packages. Next thing you know, I’ll be getting shot at instead. But what really irked me and inspired this review was every partner and driver yelling at a car for driving the “wrong way” this morning. Firstly and most importantly, the only way you find out it’s the “wrong way” is by accidentally trying it out—the only indications of any kind are the hardly visible white arrows painted on the ground long after you’ve committed to going the “wrong way” near the Flex entrance door. See images attached. No “WRONG WAY” or “DO NOT ENTER” signs or anything. In one image you even see someone else making the same “mistake” again. That was my next point: people do it on purpose still, often. Bye for now, I’ll be back soon to add more of my experiences and grievances.

I had a very frustrating experience with Amazon today. My order was supposed to arrive between 4:00–8:00 AM, but it never showed up. After multiple attempts to reach the driver, I finally got through around noon. I was told the package would be returned to the facility and still delivered later that same day. That didn’t happen. I then spoke with three different managers, and each one assured me I would receive my package today. Despite those repeated promises, the delivery has now been pushed to tomorrow. The most disappointing part wasn’t just the delay—it was the lack of consistent communication and inaccurate information from both the driver and customer service. Being told multiple times that something will happen, only for it not to, is incredibly frustrating. This experience definitely fell short of expectations.
